3   Planning Issues
 a) Application:

2012/1317/COU – Forest View Nurseries - Change of use of part of the existing horticultural business to a camping and caravan park comprising an area for tents, touring caravans and up to 25 static caravans with ancillary toilet/shower block and maintenance building.  Conversion of existing irrigation pond to a fishing pond for use by visitors to the park.

The above application is to be considered and a decision will be taken on whether to submit a comment to West Lancashire Borough Council and any other actions required.

4.  To consider a request for funding by certain residents to support publicity documentation on the above planning application.
5.  Receive comments from members of the public.
